In the last 2 decades Heather has worked with Fortune 500, FTSE 250 companies, through to start ups. In the Corporate space, as well as with Government, Trade Bodies, and Charities. Predominantly focused in the legal, financial and insurance sector, but have touched most of the main industries.
She has generated millions over the years in revenue generation / operational savings, and has delivered multi-year strategies, large scale Cultural Transformation, building businesses/ business areas from the ground up, working on the first Insurance blockchain, heading the TMO for one of the largest Technology projects in the world, and building a pipeline of $100m of new products/ innovation ideas.
In addition to her work she is also a recognised and award-winning advocate for Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) + Corporate & Social Responsibility (CSR) and works within business and Industry to help level the playing field .
